In-Stock
In-stock items are products that we have available for immediate purchase/shipping. We keep many products in-stock which you can purchase from our Boutique or online for immediate shipping. Our website has live inventory so you can shop in-stock items.
Made-to-Order / Special Order
Made-to-Order or Special Order products are items that we do not have in-stock but are available to order. Ordering times vary, so we suggest placing your order a minimum 14 weeks in advance of your occasion to ensure you have access to our full collection. We also have Rush & Super Rush options available if you do not have time for a Standard Order. Our website allows you to choose Standard, Rush or Super Rush production time when placing a Special Order online.
Event Date Guarantee
We review every order against the Event Date provided to ensure we can deliver on time. We understand the importance of your special occasion and will always confirm that we can deliver on time before accepting your order. We will always contact you upon placing your order in the unlikely event it cannot be fulfilled.
