Yes! Our Flagship store is located at 521 Sydney Road, Brunswick, within the Antesy Wedding district in Melbourne, Australia.

Q: When is an optimal time to shop?

* Weddings and Special Occasion Wear:
We do carry stock that can be purchased off the rack, however we do recommend you visit us approx 3-4 months before the wear date to have access to the full range.

* Christening Wear:
We typically suggest at least 6-7 weeks before wear date.

* Candles & Boxes:
We typically suggest at least 3-4 weeks before wear date to avoid rush charges.

Q: Do you custom make? Do you cater for Petite, Tall or Custom Sizes 14+?

Yes, Yes, Yes! We have a customer made range as well as an affordable off the rack collection.

Q: May I take photos in store?

We do not allow photography/facetime in store, however provide photos of our collection on our website. Please feel free to bring a family member/friend to assist you, if required.

Q. Do you Refund?

We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and as such encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing so we can guide you on the best options for you.

Q: How do I make sure I order the correct size?

Our dresses run to standard children sizes. If your child is in between two sizes, we recommend you choose the larger size option as this may be altered if required. If you are selecting an item for a future event, please ensure you allow for the child's growth. If you have any concerns about choosing the correct size for the child, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering so that we can assist.

Q: White or Ivory?

Most of our dresses are photographed in 'Ivory' which is considered Bridal White/Off White. Many dresses may also be specially ordered in Bright White, however please contact us to discuss.

Q: Are you able to co-ordinate dresses and suits with my bridal party colour theme?

Of course! Our personalised service offers a dedicated stylist that will assist you in selecting the perfect dress, shoes and accessories to compliment your bridal party and budget.

Our complimentary bridal consultation services allows you to send us pictures of your Wedding Dress/Bridal Party and we can provide you with ideas on options, colored sashes and accessories within your budget. Just contact us to begin this process.

Q: What date should I list as my Wear Date?

Your Wear date is the date that the child will be wearing the item. If we are not able to fill your order before this date, we will contact you prior to proceeding with your order and charging your credit card. If you have scheduled an alterations appointment, will be leaving town to travel to your event or simply require your dress/suit earlier than your wear date, please feel free to list this date as your wear date.

Q: Do you rent dresses?

No, Princess Boutique does not rent our products. Renting for your special occasion is a risky option considering wear-and-tear, late returns from previous weekends, fitting/alteration problems and possible damage by the previous wearer. These are all things that we don't want to risk for your special day.
